        Recently had my 1 year old Ribble bike serviced. I dealt with Gaz, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He picked up on the issues I knew I had, highlighted a couple that I wasn't aware of, and suggested the most appropriate level of service. This was completed within the day and when I spoke to him on the phone he mentioned some considerations for the future, including uprating the brakes which I decided to do immediately as I use that bike daily, noticeable difference straight away. Bike is now running smoother than it did when I first bought it. Overall fantastic service and fair pricing, I will definitely be back. Cheers.
