Maternity reflexology & Pregnancy Services by Alison Brown

I found Alison whilst in my 2nd trimester and attended for weekly reflexology appointments. During the first appointment she took the time to learn about me and my pregnancy journey so far. I looked forward to every appointment, as each was focused on my needs and helped ease my aches, pains as well as any anxious thoughts I was having during my pregnancy. Alison not only delivers professional, fantastic reflexology sessions, she also provides great advice and an listening ear. Overall I believe my time with Alison contributed to me having a positive 3rd trimester and an amazing birthing experience for me, my partner and baby.

Alison is an amazing woman and she has helped me with all sorts of issues during my ongoing pregnancy. I love going to my appointments and feel so relaxed and calm when I leave. She is very professional and I feel that myself and my baby are in very safe hands. I would highly recommend her services to all pregnant ladies out there!

I've recently attended Alison's Pregnancy Relaxation Classes 1hour 15minutes of heaven!! As a second time mum to be it can be quite hard to relax with a toddler at home but this is a great way to unwind and allow bump and I some calm time. Would highly recommend. I also have met some lovely other mums to be. Alison is fantastic at what she does also being an amazing midwife with so much experience to share. Alison welcomed my little girl into the world in 2017 which has always been a lovely memory and puts me at ease for my next. Pregnant ladies get booked in XX

If you're a first time mum like me, or just looking for a different experience in your next birth, I wholeheartedly recommend Alison and her "Pregnancy Relaxation Classes" to help you achieve your desired mindset for birth... I'm very glad I got to be amongst the first group of mums to be who got to have Alison's calming presence, knowledge and unique & special approach to childbirth. joining the Pregnancy Relaxation Classes has been such a wonderful experience and has done me wonders. an hour of relaxing, me time a week, that gave me tips & tools to help me give birth to my baby in a calm way, releasing fears and concerns... being an experienced midwife, it was also reassuring to know Alison has the full set of skills that complimented her methods and approach to birth, which was exactly what I was looking for. I strongly believe in the importance of having a positive human connection with a therapist/midwife/medical staff or any other contact you wish to rely on for help or advice.. well from the first time I met Alison, I felt comfortable, relaxed and reassured that I'm in good hands. that immediately made me want to know more of her and take whatever skills she has to share... I met Alison in the beginning of my pregnancy- afraid, worried and with very little belief in my ability to give birth to my baby the way I've always dreamed of. Wow! What a wonderful experience Alison gave me during my pregnancy :) I felt I needed something in my pregnancy to reduce my anxieties that goes hand in hand with growing a baby. Alison's reflexology sessions were the answer. I visited Alison on a weekly basis and would always look forward to my next appt. The reflexology sessions brought peace and calm into my world, just what i was looking for. Alison was so calming and this allowed me to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout (sometimes drifting off, lol). Her reflexology is the best! She is an amazing practitioner! Would highly recommend her & her services xx
