Amazing practise where everyone treats your furry friend like their own. Amazing to have all services under one roof as well if theres ever an emergency. We travel a fair distance to use this vet practise as they really are brilliant, to uk can trust them with your family.

Top quality vets. My young pup had an ear infection. Sorted out rapidly and professionally. Back on 10th May to get her dressed. Excellent vetinary service

Great vets my dog had spinal injury they took fantastic care of him quick referal to specialist and my dog is home and up on his feet doing great can't thank them enough

I thought I had found a decent vet here but feeling really discouraged. I brought my dog in after a fall and paid 1100 in all for his care which lasted under 24 hrs and involved only scans etc no surgery. No issue with this as just happy to have him home. The part I have an issue with is that I took away a prescription and missed the expiry to fill it by one day. I rang them and explained I am used to 6 month prescriptions as this is what my usual vet gives, explained i dont blame them but after I spent 1100 could they just reprint and change the date to give me a day to claim the meds which my dog needs. They said yes completely fine no issue. Then before I can collect Im hit with a bill for reprinting and told they will keep adding to it until its paid. No mention of this before and now Ive just on principle told them dont worry about it, as if I now pay twice then for the medication Im paying more than the cost of if I had just taken it then and there. If they had told me the first time I asked that Id be asked to pay again Id have said no then and there and my dog wouldnt now be without anti inflammatory meds which he needs to walk without pain after his fall. Just really money grabbing and doesnt put the dogs well-being first which is such a shame over literally just pressing print on a piece of paper
