Once bought a Renault Megane from them and traded it in because of a wish to own something more economical. The car had been fine and my experience with them had been positive. I bought instead a small low mileage 2006 Micra, only 46000 miles on the clock, three months later I get the Engine Management light, the NATS light and the power steering packs up. This is electric power steering, not hydraulic and I was told it wasn't their responsibility. I'm left with a repair bill of at a minimum 550 after a short time. After a couple of months I think this is ridiculous, and I feel I've been fobbed off.
