        My daughter is now in P5 and has progressed very well during her time here. She has not only excelled academically but also in her confidence and creativity. The head teacher has invested a great deal in the children and the school has a great reputation.

        Don't for god's sake put your kids in this school. I was there 2002-2005 and they had me doing the 1 and 10 timetables for those years even though I had been doing long division at my previous school. As well as this they had me reading books for dyslexic pupils when I was reading the Harry Potter books by myself. The building is falling to pieces and it is full of lazy teachers who don't care about their pupils welfare in the slightest. I was taught nothing. This school single-handedly held back my education by 2 years. It is without doubt the worst school in East Ayrshire. I am now studying Psychology and Sociology at University.
