        The elderly lady Agnes, is absolutely useless! the most dry and miserable person Ive ever met. First time Ive left an experience like this angry, as someone who works in customer service I genuinely dont know how she has managed to keep this job as looking at the other reviews everyone feels the same about her.

        Handy wee post office. Agree with low scoring reviews regarding older staff member. Absolute miserable for someone that's dealing in customer service. However, it's a handy wee store for me and posting parcels. Hours are good. And if you don't get the older woman (Agnes) the othe staff are really nice cheerful and helpful.

        Been in many times, customer service is good in most respects, for the people who are saying that the post office is closed you can send letters at the coop tills
