        Not enough seats despite room for a bench. Never been to a waiting room where there were no magazines or newspaper to read.

        No water available after treatment, spent lots of money on retainers and couldn't even get a protective box provided when i went to collect them. Got told I'd be seen when staff were free even though a time had been arranged for when i was going on.
