Murray and the rest of the team helped me greatly as a first-time buyer. From getting my mortgage in principle and applying for my first-home fund from the Scottish Government they were top class. I had complete trust in them to look after my best interests and this took so much stress away from me. Excellent in every department. 10/10. Would highly recommend.

My fiance and I were first time buyers, had absolutely no idea where to start to go about buying a house/getting a mortgage. After a quick search i found MW Mortgages was the only mortgage broker/advisor in Kilmarnock for which someone had left a review, so i feel it's only fair I now do the same at the end of my house-buying journey! I phoned up MW Mortgages and arranged for us to go in and have a chat. No matter how silly our questions were, Murray answered every single one - in a down-to-earth manner - helping us understand exactly what we had to do and how to do it. And has done every time i've phoned for advice, emailed or been in to see them. We have since purchased a house and MW Mortgages found us the best mortgage possible, sorted all our insurance policies, legal documents and sorted solicitors. For a small cost (and i mean a fraction of what some estate agents were wanting, with no upselling at all!) they have taken all the stress out of the paperwork side of buying a house. For us as first time buyers, Murray and Emma have made this daunting task an absolute breeze. I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10
