EE

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Which isn't everywhere. Other than that it's a typical EE shop. Still expensive compared to other providers.

Wanted a new phone, EE have the better coverage for my area, in and out in 30 min, 35 for 2 year contract excellence service, would recommend them to freinds ,family thanks guys

Didn't like it the staff were very short and blunt. Only in for a simple screen cover and was told they don't stock them as they were a franchise for EE but could send it away to be fixed, it wasn't broken it just needed a screen protector, so I went elsewhere and got it done problem sorted for under 5

I'm having financial and mental health problems at the moment. I have been homeless and so having to use mobile WiFi which is with EE. Now I have a permanent address I am looking at reducing my costs and getting a better service. Scott from the Kilmarnock branch of EE has been absolutely brilliant with me and is helping me through this as it's a bit of a minefield. Because of his kindness and understanding I will probably take my contract with him. Can't rate his customer service highly enough!
