        Went in to look for a flat cap, I have a big heed so they didn't have one that fit quite right. The lovely lady who allowed me to try on multiple hats, insisted that they were too small and even gave me loads of suggestions of other places to try and informed me of what size to buy. Most shops these days would force a sale on something, regardless of whether it was right for the customer. Amazing classic customer service and I'd recommend anyone looking for quality menswear give them a visit.
