I ordered fencing and was told it would be delivered the following day in the afternoon so I arranged for joiner to come last night to start. However had to cancel that. No phone call to explain why it didnt come. I phoned first thing this morning and was told it wd be here within half an hour. I had to phone again at nearly 10am Not impressed.Keeping people informed is important.Maybe something admin staff should take on board. So sorry but in todays climate where businesses are struggling surely you must be at the top of your game.
