I would advise people to look, find out price then take time to think about it and check online prices as I found my lino cheaper online including delivery. Tried to cancel order within 24 hours but was told it was already cut and if I tried to cancel order I would be charged 110.

After months of searching EVERYWHERE for new hall flooring, we decided that The Carpet Warehouse in Kilmarnock stood out from the rest in terms of what they had to offer, their competitive pricing, quality and delivery time of their LVT range. We have been absolutely delighted with the service from the team and the choice of the Parquet LVT flooring. It is truly stunning. Efficient, knowledgeable and above all very customer focused. Delivery was really quick, and the team were on hand to answer our many questions. Would highly recommend and will definitely buy again. Thanks for all your help, guys.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Terrible experience & shocking lack of customer service from the owner Kevin. Short changed with goods paid for, let down continually by salesman & fitters, subjected to swear words by salesperson. Absolutely shambolic.

If only I could give a zero as its what this place deserves, Owner (if he really was the owner) his attitude is shocking shouldnt be running a business, Iv bought a carpet from here before and was the worse Iv ever bought, carpet that I picked was completed different in thickness and colour from what I had picked Please stay clear

Great experience from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was really friendly and knowledgeable. I got carpets and kitchen flooring and I am really happy with the quality and price. I would definitely recommend!
