Letts Agree

Worst letting agency Ive ever been with rented a house from them that was riddle with mice slugs and mould every time I phoned to put a complaint in all i got was abuse tried to hit us with illegal fee and illegal rent increase stay well back 2 days after we moved out the advertisement was back up on Rightmove for the property with a price increase which is laughable that the think the can increase the price and not even fix the problems within the property hope everyone stays as far away from this company as possible

After reading the reviews I must say I'm glad I didn't get a property from them they said no to me because I have a dog that helps me live independently as far as I'm aware that is illegal but at least I dodged a bullet

I have used Letts Agree for more than 10 years and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. I have used several other agencies in the past and have been extremely happy with Letts Agree in comparison to the service that I have received elsewhere.

Illegally charged us 50, a week before Xmas for boiler repairs. Illegally increased rent during a moratorium. Gave us landlords home address so on top of the illegality, they can't be trusted with personal details either.(all provable)The company is ran by a couple who are the definition of toxic liars and I hope this review reaches potential tenants and landlords in the hope they don't suffer at the hands of these two clowns named Tom and Jackie.
