Got a storage unit and the staff where nice and helpful but when I went to take me stuff out of the unit 2 of my boxes with my stuff in them where wet and wasted i agreed for the staff to go into the unit while I was working to take a look then I got the insurance form though by email I was happy to fill it out until it asked where did I get my stuff what it cost and when I got it who would know all that information after having it for a while I am very disappointed about the whole out come because I cant remember all the information I am the 1 thats losing out because the unit is meant to be free of water well that turned out to be not true after all this I dont think I will get a storage unit again I will just need to learn from this

1st time using this kind of facility. Both Deborah and Alison were fantastic with all the necessary paperwork , communications etc. The unit was accessible anytime ,which was particularly useful. Storage was very clean and dry ,well maintained.
