Very disappointed with service of woman Elaine, my parter was in later at night to buy tobacco and decided he was going to buy me an Easter egg as a surprise for me, the woman tried to pressure him into buying the most expensive one there saying that if it was for his girlfriend he should be willing to get me that one, my partner only had 30 on him so couldn't afford the more expensive one, the lady kept insisting while other customers were forming a queue, too embarrassed to admit he couldn't afford the Easter egg he ended up just leaving without one at all absolutely devastated and embarrassed by the woman's behaviour. Appalled. Might sound stupid but certainly terrible customer service, I understand trying to upsell but this was a terrible attitude to have.
