We were first-time buyers and were both very overwhelmed by the process. Janice was incredibly patient and understanding, and she took the time to explain everything to us in a way that we could understand. She was always available to answer our questions, and she went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home.
Fiona was also a great help. She was very knowledgeable about the mortgage process, and she made sure that we were getting the best possible deal. She was also very responsive to our calls and emails, and she always made us feel like we were her top priority.
We would highly recommend Janice and Fiona to anyone looking to buy a home. They are both professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We are so grateful for their help in making our dream of homeownership a reality.

I contacted to ask for a home report on a house. Since Wednesday night I have been called 5 times to arrange a viewing on the property.
I was emailed the home report and I emailed back noting lack of interest in the property.
This morning I got a call at 8:30am and told the woman I wasnt interested in viewing the property. I was told a note would be left on my account that I wasnt interested.
I now have another missed call from them at 10:10 this morning - probably to arrange a viewing on a house I have previously told I wasnt interested in.
Allen and Harris - take note, if a potential client is interested in a property do not bombard them with calls! It really makes it an off-putting estate agents.
