Serendipity

Went in for a fascinator with my daughter in law. When we asked if she could try a couple on we were told they don't really bring them down!!! So you're supposed to go in and get something without trying on ? The young girl was lovely and was trying to cover up for the old lady with the blonde bob being so rude ( presume she's the owner). Will never go in this shop again and will make sure I let everyone I know to avoid.

Absolutely delighted with my dress The girls werent push sales but helpful and gave honest experience opinion. I loved my dress and after sales and customer service was beautiful- they helped with the cleaning of a little water stain that the local dry cleaners could fix. Highly recommend everyone to pop in and see the shop and girls. Thank you x

I had the most amazing experience at this wonderful little gem of a shop tucked away in kilmarnock . Kayleigh and Gemma were so good at giving advice and nothing was too much trouble. They have a lovely selection of mother of bride or groom and guest outfits..always a first stop in future for special occasions without a doubt. Girls thank you so so much. We had a wonderful day and I felt fantastic in my beautiful outfit xx
