        All of the Team in Kilmarnock are all so amazing, friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We live down in Somerset, but all of my new holidays are booked through this store up the other end of the country. They are always a pleasure to speak to. Service for me is always the most important part of any retailer and I get an amazing service from this store. Thank you Team TUI Kilmarnock.

        Megan listened to our needs and found the perfect holiday for us. Nothing was too much trouble as we changed our choice of hotel a few times. Megan was patient, professional and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for at a great price. We will book again with Megan as she was so lovely. Highly recommended.
