        Exceptionally rude staff. One man stood between me an a display shelf while I was browsing the CDs. I asked why he couldnt wait for a customer to move away and was verbally abused and insulted. Apparently he is a volunteer and so can behave as badly as he wishes! The three CDs I wanted to buy were badly scratched suggesting quality control was not what it might be. A long queue at the checkout led customers to give up and leave.

        Appalling service! 1 star is far too many! Went in and had the woman working questioning why my partner was exempt (was wearing a face mask anyway because some people are so rude and ignorant) from using the hand sanitizer, was told it was a skin condition. She was yelling across the store, rude, aggressive woman. The other staff member did nothing whatsoever. Never going back in again!!
