Was not impressed with their attitude when enquiring about tuition as my son has dyslexia and is very timid, gets frustrated very quickly when learning. They wanted him into to do an assesment quickly, and no other information given. So after asking a couple of questions about length of lessons and if they thought they could help with dyslexia. I was advised should probably try a different centre, rather than helping a child who has difficulty with his reading (which i would assume is the point in tuition). This showed me that their only interest was money rather than helping children with and without additional needs.
