Lovely place and the staff in the gym and Funcles Cafe are so nice

It could be a fantastic gym of it wasnt filthy, its in serious need of a deep clean! The equipment wasnt cleaned for the length of my membership, false nails and eye lashes in a treadmill for weeks. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I am aware they are due upgrades and making changes but the biggest change needed is new cleaners.

Could be a great gym, but it's just not. Staff are friendly. Has everything you need, but some things are broken or missing parts. It's so dirty! I was a member here for 2 months this year and was there at least 3 or 4 times a week. Not once did I ever see anyone clean equipment. The place smells sweat. The machines are sticky. There are no cleaning products about. Only twice in 2 months was there any cleaning paper towels. Hand sanitising stations were empty every time I went. The final straw for me was the set of false fingernails in the cup holder of one of the treadmills that were there for 2 weeks and are probably still there. Also the used peice of plaster in their standing tanning machine. The floor has so much dirt on it you would want to put you hand down. Overall not a good gym and I won't be back.
