We can't thank Andersons (Kilmarnock) enough for our beautiful new kitchen. We would give them ten stars if we could. From start to finish the whole process went without a single hitch! We now have the modern, QUALITY and efficient working kitchen that we have been longing for and for a very reasonable price. As soon as we met Linda (the designer) we knew that we were in good hands. She is clearly enthusiastic about her job and we could tell that she is committed to meeting the needs of her clients. She is obviously very experienced, listening carefully to our requests and with those in mind, she made suggestions of her own to back up our own ideas and requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for her. At the end of our first 'design meeting' we were given several pictures of our virtual kitchen taken from every angle. We were also given an itemised quote, which included every single item that was included in the design. There was nothing binding at this point and we were able to make one or two changes later on. Only when we were 100% happy with the final design and ready to sign the contract were we asked for a deposit and that was only 500!!! Some businesses ask for 50% of the total cost at this point. Be VERY, VERY careful folks, not every business has the integrity of Andersons. The fitting of the kitchen started on a Monday and was completed by the Friday afternoon. We were delighted as we had initially assumed it would take much longer to fit an entire kitchen. David (the fitter/joiner) and the team have done an amazing job. How David managed to coordinate, not just his own work but also the plasterer, electricians and plumber within five days we will never know. We can confirm that each of them turned up on time, did what was required of them and off they went - no messing about! They were always pleasant and polite and a joy to have in the house. David, your workmanship and attention to detail is second to none - thank you so much.
