The website is dreadful, almost impossible to make contact with a medical practitioner I am simply trying to respond to a telephone call from the surgery but line is always engaged and AskMyGP frequently unavailable I gave an extra point because staff are good if ever meet them

Went to the surgery to make an appointment, only to be told I can only do this over the phone!!!! Called the next morning at 8.30,and was put on hold for 20 mins, only to be told that the surgery was at full capacity for the day, and to call back the next day. They won't give you an appointment unless it's for the day you are calling. Unbelievable, and absolutely PATHETIC. Anytime I've visited this place the waiting room is practically empty. FULL CAPACITY!!!!!!

Phone the surgery 8am onwards,the message you get is surgery closed,if your lucky enough the message changes and you get put on hold in a que. After waiting on hold you get hung up on and have to phone back yet again to be put on hold. You get through after over an hour all in to be told emergency only. I changed over to this practice just a few years ago. Try to use them and I cant...After reading other reviews I see now this is a regular thing

Can you not stager your lunch times instead of closing the line for lunch! Most other place do this. Update - I have been trying to get through since yesterday about my elderly ill father. Phone is always engaged. What is the point!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: Unfortunately my beloved father has passed away. Would have expect a bit more empathy. UK healthcare system needs a more proactive approach with patients. UPDATE: Would give zero stars if I could. Do you intend to write to my mother and tell her why she is passing blood??? After leaving hospital. Guess what. Phone is engaged!!!!!! What the is wrong the practice.
