Electro Light - E Cigarette - E Liquid

Rude, offensive, obnoxious and shocking!!!! I used this shop alot, had high regards for it. However my daughter had travelled up from Manchester and she needed disposable vape pens. We went in, where the owner pushed and pushed to by a uwell pen. She had only just got it home and it was firing up on its own non stop. We went in yesterday to hand it back and get a refund. The owner/male was very rude, trying to blame the fault on my daughter. Refusing to give a refund as there was leaking juice coming out aswell. Totally ignoring the fact it has a electric fault. Apparently uwell wouldn't give him money back if it was leaking. Rubbish and also not out problem.. Now had t his just been my daughter, he would have got his own way. As soon as he refused, I made it very clear of her consumer rights, even if it wasn't faulty the law states she is entitled to a full refund. He refused..... Clearly did not want to hand back money! Nice as pie when hard selling a vape pen to us though. I asked for a letter to state he's refusing and that I would leave a review here on Google and contact trading standards. His response........ 'here is your money back JUST to keep you away from my shop'!! Disgusting. Considering I had given him plenty of business! I'll be telling everyone I have recommended, to go elsewhere. I have reported the shop to trading standards for his poor Conduct and refusing to refund for faulty goods. I have also contacted the council who will investigate this person's trading methods, and that he sells to under age people also.!!

Very friendly service, thank you very much. Will highly recommend. Will be back to get extras from there as and when needed. Love my new vape! Very reasonable prices and service with a smile. Thank you kind Sir (sorry didn't catch your name) very handy location in town and no problem too big or small, very patient, understanding and passionate about his work. 5 stars

Brilliant guy who runs the shop nothing is to much trouble I'll always shop there for my oil.
