        Shambles of a company I was waiting in all day for my delivery never arrived phoned there customer support team and they said that the driver could not find my address I asked to speak to a manger and I was told that there is no UK mangers.

        I would have givn zero stars tracking service absolute nonsense and it is a waste of time using web chat they just lied and the phone system is useless recorded message. Yodel is really not worth the paper it is written on never again.
