Absolute conmen. Chasing me for Council tax debt from 2013/2014 even though East Ayrshire Council have photos of property unoccupied, no bathroom, no toilet, no kitchen. Its taken council 9 years to decide to pursue me and say that the exemption that I applied for at the time was never actually confirmed by them. Contacted council and Stirling Park many times over this to be told it has to be paid. Absolute parasites the lot of them. Asked for a breakdown of exact figures and still waiting. If I have to pay this I will be paying in 10p, 20p, 50p, 1 coins, filming it and posting it all over social media.
