I have tried on 3 occasions this morning to get through to them to re-arrane an appointment and after 10 minutes of waiting phone disconnected

I've been using the mental health services here as an outpatient since 2010 (after being transferred over from the Clinic at Crosshouse Hospital). I've always found the consultants ( whether face-to-face or by telephone consultation) to be excellent, (very caring and understanding and ready to listen to any concerns you may have regarding your mental health).

Went to see dentist as had servers toothache. Within 45 minutes of hanging up the phone to them, the tooth was out. Very clean and the staff were friendly

My son and his partner had there first scan on the 12/8/21, they were both excited and looking forward to it ect.. only to have there excitement burst as the person who took them into the room for the scan was very ignorant and has no manners what's so ever, no checks ect was done at the scan, an absolute joke. Change your career if your not HAPPY!!.
