        Wouldn't usually do this but extremely disappointed with the service, I had a haircut booked in advance, nobody took any contact details to get in touch with me , turned up for the appointment to be told it was cancelled and given no way to resolve it and left with no haircut as nowhere else had availability. I was going to be a new customer to the salon due to the good reviews but after this experience I will be visiting elsewhere in the future.
