Don't get me wrong the food is always good but the customer service has in the past been terrible and this evening I received a text message saying and I quote "20% off ALL ONLINE ORDERS"
Long story short this was not honoured and when I enquired about the lack of discount I was told it only applies to orders over a certain amount BUT THIS IS NOT MENTIONED IN THE PROMOTION TEXT
I was not offered a discount and for the third time in various ways I have again been let down with the customer service side of this business
As for my meal
It was grilled lamb and rice.
Tasty but more or less all rice and 4 small pieces of lamb did not warrant that price
Good food
Bad service
Ever decreasing portions
