Can never get an appointment, they close the full surgery at lunch.. Receptionist doesn't care about the patients at all and couldn't care less about you getting an appointment. 2 stars only because the nurse that takes my bloods is always very caring polite and respectful even when under staffed and busy.

Nothing is ever too much trouble, I feel they've really looked after me any time I've needed them. Very helpful staff, very efficient and I wouldn't want to belong to any other GP's surgery.

Very poor service all the time , they treated so bad my daughter skin allergy problem that I have no words to express my pain and feelings

The ask my gp service is truly awful. If can't login early morning (before 8ish) there's no chance of an appointment. My wife suffers from a chronic illness, so needs regular check ups but this just hasn't been possible because of this system. Medication has been with held due to a medication review being needed - the review, fair enough, but with holding daily medication is not on. Finally managed to book the review.. Picked up the prescription a couple of days later.. To be told she needs a medication review. There's no communication. In all honesty, I've been trying to change surgery's now for a few month, but no surgery I have spoken to are taking on new patients. I will say though, the reception staff are always polite and helpful when we do manage to get through to them. Stress levels are through the roof with this current situation.
