I am very happy with this surgery especially with Dr Mulligan as he saved my boyfriends life by getting him into hospital because if he didn't my boyfriend wouldn't be here today and to the receptionist for her concern and help I really can't thank the surgery enough for all their help and my boyfriend and myself are really grateful so thanks again.

Website says surgery is open, I have been calling since 8am now 8.30am made 121 calls. Machine saying closed. Also still receiving the covid excuse by text.... Not good enough!!!

Absolutely disgusted with the service from the amazing staff at Old Irvine Road once again today. Made a call for an update on something. The receptionist "Jen" was extremely unhelpful and definitely has never been trained in her field of work. Her attitude is unacceptable. She started to laugh down the phone at me as I asked for an update. I'm in absolute awe and have no idea where the surgery find such horrible people to operate their phone lines. I will be making a formal complaint.

Seems to be a recurring issue with staff shortages and repeat prescriptions taking too long to arriveCovids over with so stop using the following excuse: Good Morning, Unfortunately due to clinical staff sickness we are in an emergency clinic situation today. If you are thinking of calling the surgery for a phone appointment and your issue is not urgent, can we ask that you call on another day to try for an on the day appointment. However if your issue is urgent, please call in the normal way. Existing appointments will go ahead as normal. Sorry for any inconvenience caused, Old Irvine Road Surgery
