Had a great experience with Dr Moir! Very professional, friendly and great with nervous patients!

Have had some terrible experiences with dentists over the years since my family dentist retired. Weve finally found a dentist we can trust in Robin Moir. Hes so patient and explains everything thoroughly. We recommend the practice highly!

Very friendly and professional but upon cancelling an x-ray it was implied I was a conspiracy theorist and upon pointing out they'd left a lip of tartar on one of my teeth I was told I was not to come back (he removed the lip immediately, without argument, and was pleasant about it). I must stress they were respectful and professional but if you are autistic it might be worth finding somewhere else or going in with someone who can talk in your stead. I was unable to determine what I had said that had caused offense and i'm 40 so my autism doesn't usually cause much friction these days. Used all of the standard pleasantries. Perhaps I didn't smile as frequently or as convincingly as was required. I didn't sense the dentist being in a bad mood but I may well have misread the room. I could well have also been less charming than I intended to be. edit: i've just checked the back of my teeth and I was overly optimistic as to how professional a job they'd done. Everything visible looks good but the back seems to have been a rushed job. Original rating was a 3 before the edit.
