        The PB studio isn't just any dance and fitness studio it's a family. I joined back in 2016 and walked into the studio on my own - excited and nervous as I did not know what to expect (especially as I knew it was an all female place) but years later I now have the most amazing group of friends and have place to go where I can be my weird and wonderful self with no judging! Girls no matter what size, shape, fitness level you are PB will build your confidence and lift you up. Its not just fitness its a happy place to escape life for an hour and feel free.
