sent my paslode im350 in for a service , just over a week of sending it off i rang up for an update on my gun which i was told they had received my gun and was very busy and would do it soon as they can. I rang up after 2 weeks after sending for update which i was told my was next in line to be serviced and should be done in a day or so , on week 3 rang up to find out if my nail gun had been serviced ,thinking they had forgotten to phone saying it was all sorted because they was so busy , but only to be told they never received my gun and failed to tell me if was lost in transit i would only get 80 back as extra cover was never offered to me in the beginning for the full amount of a new gun. After a few phone calls later to say the gun was lost and that someone hadn't done their job properly telling me they had checked that my gun was there when they was clearly to lazy to check and lied to me it was . So after a month of having no gun asked what deal they would do me on new gun as desperately needed one , the answer was same price as they normal sell them! Would never use again after being 450 .00 out of pocket and strongly recommend using kelvin power tools than harlequin fixings as customer service very below standard.

I sent 2 number Pasload IM350 Guns to be repaired. I received a call from the engineer to quote me 210 to repair both the guns. They were quite old guns and I was tempted to just buy a new gun but 2 guns are better than one was my thought. I paid the money and the guns I was told were repaired. 2 weeks later I chased up where the guns were and was told that they had been posted back via their courier company. I asked for a POD and I was told to call the courier and chase up myself. The courier eventually sent me the POD that had my name NOT my signature on it. I called Harlequin and they were not interested and told me to take it up with the courier company as they had lots of issues like this happening. I didn't employ the courier company and never got the 2 guns returned. Harlequin did nothing to help resolve the issue just took the money for the repair. I know have two empty Pasload cases, batteries and chargers which are useless.

Well what can I say had my 1st and 2nd fix guns serviced with these guys and what amazing job come back like new really easy to deal with and customer service is excellent ty guys A+++++++++++
