I'm saddened to have to write this review. But unfortunately this has been a rather frustrating experience. I reserved a car over a month ago which was advertised as "ready to go", to this day I still have never even seen it. Yes, it had a few scuffs that needed repairing so it was taken to the body shop to get sorted, I was assured to a high standard but never saw the result. Now 2 weeks after ordering it, I receive a call to inform me there were more bad news, the front collision sensors needed repairing/replacing and it wouldn't be going to the garage for another 5 days. To which I was assured it was worth the wait multiple times as I'd be getting a car in great condition and would have peace of mind etc. Another week goes by, and I get a call. Thinking this was it, i was finally going to get my car, I couldn't be more wrong. I was told they had mysteriously found water/damp in the footwells of the car and that all they could offer me was my money back. At this point I was so sick of waiting and empty promises that I accepted. BUT a couple of days later , this car has now been readvertised, for an extra 200!!! So they're now knowingly selling a damaged car and charging extra for it. I've contacted both the dealership and customer service just to be passed around as no one seems to know why. I feel like they should inspect their cars before advertising them as it's unacceptable having to wait a month for you to sort your problems out and not fully deal with them before readvertising the car. I was a returning customer as I'd been impressed with the service I was offered on a car I'd previously bought but you can be guaranteed I won't be recommending you to anyone.

Cannot recommend this branch highly enough, specifically Neil and David. Had a problem with a car purchased here on Tuesday (the car itself, nothing to do with branch and nothing that they would have been aware of). The issue has been dealt with swiftly, a new car sourced and all resolved by Friday. They were happy to give a full refund if I chose, but wasnt necessary in the end. The level of service received from initial enquiry until now has been outstanding from both David and Neil and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again in the future.

Called to have repairs done on my escort, I was refused and told by staff that 'it's too old and none of our technicians are trained to work on old cars'. Eh okay? Is it a Ford or not? So what's the difference?

Bought a car back in January, was really pleased with it, unfortunately had a broken spring over the weekend. Phoned yesterday as car was still within the 60 day warranty, they arranged for a recovery service to pick it up that afternoon, fixed the problem for me and I was able to pick it up from them today. Pleased with the service provided, absolutely no hassle from them at all. Thanks again
