Arnold Clark Kilmarnock Citron

Recently bought a car from Citroen Kilmarnock over the last week and Ive got to say from start to finish this was a very easy process. Kaz Singh dealt with us, we traded our old car in for different one and he made this absolutely no problem at all. Kaz kept us in the loop at every stage of the process and during this was able to give brilliant advice on options etc.He was able to do this in a friendly but professional manner , making the process so much easier . I would highly recommend giving him a call if you are looking for a new car. We certainly will in the future.

Traveled to Kilmarnock to look at a car here It was a 60 mile round trip. I informed the sales person that I'd traveled a long way, and the car I was looking at there was the one I was most interested in, as I had a couple of other cars I was going to look at. I was very very interested in the car but the sales person refused to talk to me about the car as I had informed him earlier i was going to look at another two cars in the next 24hr. I was told very quickly to go away and look at the other cars and only contact them if I'm buying a car from them. He was more interested in phoning up other customers trying to get them to buy cars they had looked at as I had too wait on him doing this. I was very upset that I had to leave without a test drive. I would expect better customer service from a back street garage. Not the professionalism I expect from an Arnold Clark employee. I've bought quite a few cars from Arnold Clark and this is the worst I've been treated. I went away and looked at the other 2 cars and decided that the car at Arnold Clark Kilmarnock was definitely the one I wanted, but I certainly wasn't doing another 60 mile round trip to test drive the car especially when I was there the day before and was refused any customer service. I would have probably spend 28000 on the car there as it would have been perfect for me. I certainly won't be going back there again. And I'm still looking for a car. So Kaz Singh you have lost out on a sale and I have lost out on a car.
