Kathleen is nothing short of amazing! She is very professional and has a very approachable personality. I bought my dress in London and it needed alterations, Kathleen was great at altering it and it was beautifully fitted. A week and a half until my wedding in Canada my body changed as I had lost weight, I called Kathleen in a panic!! She was due to be on holiday a few day later and she fantastic at amended the emergency! She fixed the dress right away and I cannot thank Kathleen enough!!! Once it was (once again) altered and fitted, I felt beautiful in the dress! Thank you so, so much - I highly recommend Kathleen Richmond Couture.
