        Big thanks to the team at Sprockets, bought my ebike through an online retailer, (would have preferred to buy locally but due to availability etc), which developed a serious electrical fault related to the motor. Contacted Sprockets whom were happy to deal with problem and liaise directly with motor manufacturer. Anyway to cut a long story short , dropped bike in to them for diagnostics and within one week my bike was ready for collection with new motor fitted by then under warranty. Fantastic service got me back out on the trails with very little downtime, cant rate them highly enough! Also purchased many parts from them, they have an amazing shop and excellent online presence. Go check out, Ayrshire best bike shop by far. Thanks team.

        Took my cube ebike up to these guys the gears were slipping they identified the problem & fixed it there service & knowledge was brilliant & very efficient great company will definetly return
