I had an appointment with this gentleman on Wednesday to get my machine fixed and I completely forgot to cancel.him when I realised I would not be back in time for him coming. I got him when he was at my front door which is 25 minutes away from his business. I was so embarrassed and thought he's not going to let me book another appoint but he did! He was out today and fixed the parts of my motor which were broken and my machine is working better than it has for ages. He also charges you correctly and I can safely say he is your man should you need a repair done. Lovely genuine tradesman with excellent customer service who I highly recommend. Fixed our oven last week. Arrived day after phoning and fixed same day within the hour. Decent price and speedy service!

Called out prior to Christmas as my fridge did not cool correctly, arranged a time for the visit, was called 15 minutes before arrival to confirm that Hugh was on the way, had a look at the fridge and advised the most economical repair would be a replacement, rather than a costly repair that may not last.
