Eddie McEvoy - Hypnosis

After struggling for way to long.. I wasnt sleeping and felt in a constant state of flight or flight.. couldnt keep going that way.. so I decided it was time I sought the help I needed.. I was fortunate to find Eddie.. I was nervous at first and unsure of what to expect. However this was short lived. Eddie put me at ease straight away. He has such a lovely calming aura about him. I felt very comfortable. I felt my first session was successful and got a lot from it. As to date I have managed back but second session is booked.!! Despite not being able to actually go for a session Eddie has continued to be a great support checking in to make sure Im doing okay. He has helped me so much.. I am now sleeping at night which is amazing. It has been a massive help and very much appreciated. You cant ask for better. I honestly cant rate Eddie enough. Thanks so much Eddie .

l was a little bit nervous as l had never been hypnotised but Eddie made me feel so relaxed l would advise anyone whether it was to stop smoking or anything else to give him a call

I was very anxious and worried about having a MRI scan because of claustrophobia .I contacted Eddie who made me feel very relaxed during & after hypnosis. So much so that while in the scanner I was listening to the music and almost did not hear the nurses instructions . Highly recommend Eddie x

I would like to thank Eddie for his help and recommend anyone suffering from stress or anxiety to seek his assistance. The session was non intrusive and I felt in control throughout. I did not notice any change to begin with apart from my sleep becoming more restful but within a few days I felt calmer and my mood became more positive. Eddie was very easy to talk to as he listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable and supported. I have had two sessions of hypnotherapy during a time of family illness. Life is never in our control but through these sessions I have been able to regain my control of my reactions. Thank you again Eddie for your help. Kate

Its been a tough few years with lockdowns and a lot of uncertainty in the world. During that time I have been unable to find the motivation to set goals, get fit and maintain any kind of fitness routine. After a few sessions with Eddie I have found my inner warrior and have released him back into the world. It was a powerful experience, I now have my mojo back and I look forward to the challenges ahead. Highly recommended folks! Thanks Eddie.
