The coop in hurlford is not the same now as they have got new staff that don't have a clue what they are doing plus they have got rid of the old staff u could at least get a conversation with the other staff not nw you can't. The shelves are almost empty I just feel the staff can't be arsed stocking the shelves up and the shop has certainly went downhill really badly I'm thinking of taking my custom elsewhere. I also went into the coop today to lift a tenner out the cash machine and it swallowed it and I said to a member of staff about it and I got told I dnt deal with it call ur bank I dnt like that coop in hurlford anymore it's went down hill badly the staff are ignorant and don't have any customer service skills they should have kept the old staff that they had instead of getting new staff

Alright shop for a few grocerys staff are OK and could put a wee a smile on there faces now and again turn that frown upside down
