    Mark's classes are structured, organised, varied, and find that great balance between strength and cardio ftiness. Since starting Bootcamp in September I've seen a major improvement in my fitness, not only for road running but also football. I'd highly recommend Mark's classes.

The education around weight bearing exercise in particular was very helpful and has helped both my physical and mental strength. For anyone looking for an informed approach to feeling healthier and stronger, I would recommend MBPT to anyone.
