      • argyll and bute compliance

        was behind one of their taxis and was shocked to see the meter running without any passengers as a licence holder in the council area i can not see where it is in the terms and conditions or on the official council regulated tariffs to charge for a journey when you have no passengers in your licenced operating area as argyll and bute council have seven licenced zones and they were doing a journey within their operating zone what a bad reputation this gives other operators licenced in the council who comply with the law on taxi services Service: Limousines
