        Very disappointed with lack of communication and failed delivery. The manager/owner Chris had promised to deliver before Christmas, and despite numerous phone calls and emails nothing was delivered and no apology was offered. Have used a few times in the past and each time it is clear this is a poorly run company. Have now lost repeat business as well as potential referrals to a few businesses wanting firewood.
