        Most of the staff are OK but 2 in particular are rude and think they are GPs. Will ask all sorts of personal medical questions before handing anything over including paracetamol! When I asked "what's her name so I can complain about this" I was answered with "SHE has a name". I explained I don't work there so I obviously don't know her name out of thin air to which the response was "awk whatever". Never experienced anything like it in my life.
