Throughout the whole process of my building warrant application, I was given expert advice and assistance in providing drawings and SER Limited Original Structural Design Certificate to the local authority. I couldn't have hoped for a more professional company to do business with, I would highly recommend their services to anyone..

        After a slow start I'm actually very pleased with this company. As soon as they identified there was a time problem they reacted and fixed the issue. The work itself was very professional and has resulted in a successful planning application.

        6 months for a small extension when quoted 2-4 weeks. Countless promises on when I would receive my information that were never met. The only thing that seemed to be done quickly was the issuing of my invoice. DO NOT BELIEVE THE QUOTES!!! Scott Dryburgh must be the rudest and most arrogant man I have ever been unfortunate enough to encounter. P.S. One of the 5* reviews is by a member of staff
