Can't praise Rob enough. My car broke down (clutch went) at the weekend and had to be towed home. Rob got the car in first thing today and fixed it, no fuss or bother and such a reasonable price. Then to add to the service, he actually came and picked me up as I have mobility problems to get the car back. Fabulous service. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Disappointed with the service here. Car was booked in for MOT, a service, and to fix a front wheel mud protector (this being linked to front left wheel rumbling noises). The MOT was done first, rather than the service. I was told that rear exhaust system was insecure, and therefore it had failed. I made arrangements to bring the car in a few days later (when the part arrived) to be told I wasn't expected. After some direct talking the car was begrudgingly accepted and the item fixed. They diagnosed the noise under the car as the engine tray. I then made an appointment to come back a week later to have that fixed (rather than replaced). The day before that appointment , it was cancelled by the garage. When my car was booked in the appointment book system was pretty empty but somehow I was the one bumped (due to staff sickness apparently). No-one called to reschedule. Yes, they did help with transport (I do live remote) but the overall reliability here is low. The owner complains a lot about being busy. He wasn't the cheapest garage. I would avoid this place. In the end I found a more professional service in Markinch.
