I was at this salon today to get my legs waxed before my holiday, this was my ever first experience with waxing and i can say it was awful. I came out with hair still on my leg that was very noticeable when i got home and i was not amused. And this was just not for me it was for my mother as well as her legs had way more hair on them. When we payed we questioned the prices as we had been told completely different prices over the phone. We got over charged by about 15. We went back to our car to check the price list as we had gotten a leaflet from the desk moments prior. After realising we had been over charged we went back to ask why we had been over charged, the lady at the desk told us that the leaflet we had taken 5 mins early was an old leaflet. We were definitely not amused by this i would not recommend this salon for waxing. We didnt even get a receipt.
