Andy Johnston of Kaimhill Heating does not return calls once he has your money! I paid Andy 2400 to install a Worcester Greenstar boiler at my house. Installation included a mechanical flush. However he did not complete the mechanical flush properly and I have been inundated with problems since. Worcester arranged a service engineer to come out and he confirmed the system was not flushed correctly. I now have to pay for a mechanical flush to be done with another plumber.
