Tried to bleed a radiator in the lounge on Wednesday night,unfortunatly I turned it too far and the water was pouring out.Telephoned now plumbing and the guy was out in ten minutes.I now have the number in my contacts as he was a life saver.I would highly recommend them.

Phoned for service... was told would leave to ours in a half hour to come do an emergency job. Rang two hours later to check arrival and was hung up on by a woman that answered the phone. What is wrong with a little courtesy? IF he couldnt make it, or had another job come up, how about a phone call back so we can make other arrangements. I dont think business can be that great if you can afford to be rude. IF this is how their business is conducted, we are probably better off. However, we are now left scrambling to get our emergency settled. Thanks ever so much. (NOT).
